Tech-Stone advised during the acquisition, due diligence and closing. 

Tech-Stone’s target was to make split the installation with the former “twin” building and legalize the BoH areas in the hotel. 

Tech-Stone managed the permitting and construction works and was able to provide the hotel with a  new BOH and implemented additional revenue streams including the new rooftop, auditorium and lobby extension.

Currently managing the construction of a new F&B outlet in the rooftop bar and pool that was not initially considered in the BP and  timeline.
